ENHANCED LUXURY WITH THE FLYING SPUR A
From the moment you see the gleaming vertical vanes of its front grille, you will be transfixed by the beauty of the Flying Spur A. Crafted for enhanced comfort, it represents the sophistication that only a true luxury sedan can evoke, combining Bentley performance with the latest automotive technology.
It is also a car that can be personalised to your tastes, thanks to a range of stunning options. From its handcrafted veneers, right down to the design of the graphics in the driver’s information display, this is a car that will transform your expectations of the luxury sedan.

Viewed from the front, the car makes its status instantly clear, with a bright chrome vertical-vaned grille and contrasting matt black matrix bumper grilles.
Chrome ‘A’ badges on the fenders catch the eye, while 21” ten twin-spoke wheels – which feature bright machined spoke faces and a grey painted finish on the interior pockets between the spokes – add undeniable presence.
Inside, the treadplates and seats feature ‘A’ emblems. The fluted leather on the seats can be optionally upgraded to the sumptuous Harmony Diamond Quilting. Contrast stitching provides a subtle flash of accent colour, to which you can add contrast piping for even more definition. The Crown Cut Walnut veneers, meanwhile, are treated with a low-lacquer, open pore finish that can be considered a more natural alternative to high-gloss wood veneers. It is a more sustainable finish, too – a theme evident elsewhere in the cabin, with recycled Nylon used for the carpets and wool for the deep pile overmats.
Set into the roof, a panoramic glass tilt-and-slide sunroof allows daylight to flood into the cabin, illuminating the entire space, for the benefit of driver and passengers alike.
There is a choice of two powertrains, each capable of delivering the refined yet exhilarating performance for which Bentley is famous.
A class-leading V8 engine can deliver 542 bhp (550PS) and 770Nm, resulting in acceleration from 0-60 in 4.0 seconds (0-100km/h in 4.1seconds) and a top speed of 198 mph*. The V8 also benefits from the option of two linked chassis systems that improve the travelling experience for everyone onboard. Bentley
Dynamic Ride is an electronic anti-roll system that aids stability when cornering, without compromising ride comfort when the car is cruising in a straight line. It comes as a package with all-wheel steering, which gives the vehicle a smaller turning circle for better manoeuvrability in tight spaces, as well as enhanced cabin stability when changing lanes at speed.
Alternatively, you can select an advanced V6 hybrid. Pairing a 2.9 litre petrol engine with a powerful electric motor, it can deliver 536 bhp (544PS) and 750Nm of torque, which translates into 0-60 in 4.1 seconds (0-100km/h in 4.3 seconds) and a top speed of 177 mph*. With its 100 kW electric motor, it can cruise at speeds of up to 87 mph on emission-free electric power – perfect for smooth, serene everyday driving in cities with low-emission zones.

Technology
FORWARD-LOOKING FEATURES
FRESHER AIR
To maximise the wellbeing of everyone in the car, there is a multi-zone climate control system and an air ioniser. Together, they work to keep the temperature comfortable and the air fresh at all times.
INCREDIBLE SEAT COMFORT
With the Front and Rear Seat Comfort Specification installed as standard, everyone can adjust their seats for comfort, with controls for the side bolsters, a top tilt mechanism, electrically adjustable headrests and rolling nose cushion extensions in the front seats. All seats also have individual ventilation and massage functions, to make sure everyone can tailor their environment to their liking.
PASSENGER POWER
Rear-seat passengers can control a wealth of features, from the volume of the sound system to air conditioning levels, using the wireless Touchscreen Remote (TSR).
ENTERTAINMENT ON THE MOVE
Rear-seat passengers can also take advantage of the optional Bentley Rear Entertainment system, which allows games and movies to be enjoyed on screens mounted on the backs of the front seats.
TECHNOLOGY WITH STYLE
For the driver, the on-screen graphics reflect the sophisticated character of the car, while the optional Bentley Rotating Display allows for a choice between the central touchscreen, three analogue gauges or a simple panel of beautifully finished veneer.
LONG JOURNEYS MADE EASY
The optional Touring Specification includes a range of driver assistance features that make long drives safer and easier, including adaptive cruise control, a head-up display, night vision and numerous systems to help prevent collisions.

Personalisation
MAKE IT PERSONAL
The Flying Spur A can be commissioned with a vast range of optional features and finishes, resulting in virtually endless permutations.
As well as seven standard exterior colours, you can choose from Bentley’s Extended Paint Range and the Mulliner Paint range, which includes the stunning new Topaz Blue. The optional Blackline Specification replaces the polished chrome detailing on the exterior of the car with black, for a stealthier appearance. A choice of alternative wheels can also be commissioned, accompanied by red or black brake callipers.
Inside, the Colour Specification is included as standard, allowing you to choose from Bentley’s entire range of hide colours, carpet colours and upholstery colour schemes.
The fluting on the leather seats can be optionally upgraded to Harmony Diamond Quilting, for a heightened sense of luxury. Optional alternatives to the open-pore veneers include high gloss woods and dual veneers that combine two different wood finishes, separated by a chrome pinstripe. And if you wish to explore even more possibilities, Bentley’s personal commissioning division, Mulliner, can create wholly bespoke features for your car.
The Engines
The Flying Spur A can be commissioned with either a 4.0 litre V8 petrol engine or a 2.9 litre V6 hybrid.
