A NEW LUXURY CONCIERGE EXPERIENCE.

Bentley on Demand is a luxury rental service that allows Bentley owners to continue enjoying the experience of driving a Bentley while traveling for business or leisure. The service is currently available to owners in the US at three participating retailers - Bentley Beverly Hills, Bentley Manhattan and Bentley Miami.

Bentley owners can download the Bentley Network app today to access the service.

You will need to enter your Vehicle Identification number (VIN) during registration to validate ownership status.

GENERAL

Who can use Bentley on Demand?

Individuals of ages 25 and older with a valid driver's license and insurance are eligible to participate.

How are charges calculated?

Estimated charges are calculated by each participating authorized retailer upon completion of your reservation request and are based on a daily rate plus applicable taxes.

The current daily rate for Bentley Bentayga is $800 per day

Can someone else drive the vehicle?

Additional drivers must be ages 25 and older with a valid driver's license and insurance. All additional drivers must be indicated on the Vehicle Loan Agreement.

Are there mileage limitations?

This varies by retailer. Please see Service Availability.

Can I allow my pet inside my Bentley?

Yes, you may bring your pets inside the Bentley as long as they stay inside an airline-approved carrier. We also ask that you come prepared with your own backseat cover to ensure proper protection of the vehicle.

Can I smoke inside my Bentley?

No. Smoking is not permitted in Bentley on demand vehicles. It is our utmost desire to provide vehicles in the best condition possible to our customers.

What fuel is required?

Please use only Premium 91 or Super 95 gasoline to fuel your Bentley vehicle.

NOTE: Information provided must be used in conjunction with the information in the Bentley Vehicle Owner’s Manuals. Refer to the vehicle’s Owner’s Manual for all information and warnings.

Do I need to re-fuel before returning the vehicle?

No. We’ll deliver the Bentley vehicle with a full tank. You can return it with a full tank or we’ll fill it up for you.

What if I need a child seat, bike rack, or other equipment?

We are sorry for the inconvenience but we cannot accommodate this type of equipment at this time. During this trial period it is helpful to understand what types of equipment you would prefer. We are looking into offering complimentary child seats, booster seats, bike racks, ski racks

DELIVERY, RETRIEVAL & CONCIERGE

For now, Bentley on Demand pick-up and delivery is only available in Beverly Hills, Manhattan, and Miami. You can specify a delivery and return address of your choice within each location’s coverage areas and our concierge will meet you there.

BENTLEY BEVERLY HILLS
Concierge Delivery Area: 15 mile delivery radius from 8423 Wilshire Blvd, Beverly Hills, CA 90211

Please note Bentley on demand delivery and pick-up is not available at major airports including LAX.

BENTLEY MIAMI
Concierge Delivery Area: Downtown Miami, Midtown, and Lower Miami Beach

Please note Bentley on demand delivery and pick-up is not available at major airports including MIA.

Monday - Saturday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
Sunday: Closed

Please note at the end of the reservation it is required to meet the concierge to hand over the keys.

How much time should I set aside for my personal delivery from the Bentley concierge?

It varies. As a first-time customer, you can expect about 15 minutes for our Bentley concierge to give you a walk-through. This will include verifying documentation and describing a few quick basics of vehicle features, driving details and return of the vehicle.

INSURANCE & ACCIDENTS

How is the Bentley on Demand vehicle insured?

During the term of the loan of the Vehicle to Operator, primary automobile liability insurance coverage shall be maintained by Operator. Lender will maintain secondary automobile liability insurance for the Vehicle.

What should I do if I’m in an accident?

  1. Stop, no matter how minor the collision, in a safe, well-lit area.
  2. Call 911. Ask for an ambulance if necessary.

Do you offer Roadside Assistance?

Yes, 24-hour roadside assistance is included with all reservations at no additional charge. For Roadside Assistance, please call +1 800 323 0100.
