Mulliner Limited Edition: Mulsanne 95

In 2014, Mulliner wanted to find a fitting homage to mark a proud anniversary for Bentley: 95 years of crafting and producing the world’s finest handmade cars. Let us introduce a very special Mulliner Limited Edition: the Mulsanne 95.

As you read through and absorb this, and our other exquisite limited editions, perhaps it will provide your own inspiration. If so, our craftspeople would be delighted to help your own dream Bentley become a reality. To begin your customisation journey contact your local Bentley Dealer.

Quintessentially British

Our artisans were keen to impart an appropriate sense of new Britishness. Thus, the unique dark-tint winged B standing proudly on the bonnet hints at the craftsmanship within. Open the door and a specially created ‘95’ emblem glows subtly in the illuminated treadplate. Inside, the emblem features again, both in the handcrafted hide upholstery and the beautiful veneer marquetry that encircles the cabin interior.

Wood from a single tree

As ever, Mulliner has a keen eye for an opportunity to impart uniqueness onto any one model. The Mulsanne 95 is a mesmerising example of this. The complex pattern seen in the cabin’s veneers is characterised by a beautiful rippled effect. This is a wood grain unique to a single walnut tree – one felled by high winds in Lincolnshire in 2007. Having stood strong for an estimated 350 years, it now takes an elegant place in history, once again. Each veneer as rare as your own fingerprint.

An interior like no other

The Mulliner artisans have framed this exquisitely individual veneer with a complementary blue and white two-tone leather upholstery, handcrafted and adorned with red contrast stitching to place a subtle, but sophisticated emphasise on the car’s British origins.

As ever, rarity is a byword for Mulliner. Only 15 examples of the Mulsanne 95 have been built; there will never be another.
