Design

A vision of open-top glamour

A polished chrome, vertical-vaned radiator grille sits atop matt black lower bumper grilles, while ‘A’ badging gleams from the front fenders. Its 21” 10-spoke wheels strike a refined tone, thanks to a combination of bright machined and grey painted spokes. The four-layer fabric roof can also be commissioned in a range of colours and fabrics, including tweed. And when it is closed, it is so secure that it’s easy to forget you’re travelling in a convertible.

Feel the rush of fresh air

Drive with the top down and you will enjoy the full force of the car’s classic V8 roar, thanks to a 4.0 litre V8 petrol engine that can deliver 542 bhp (550 PS). In practical terms, that translates into 0-60 mph in 3.9 seconds (0-100 km/h in 4.0 seconds) and a maximum speed of 198 mph (318 km/h)*. To increase stability when cornering hard – without compromising on the car’s ride comfort when cruising – you can opt to add Bentley Dynamic Ride, an electronic anti-roll system. This comes with the addition of four-wheel steering, which gives the car a smaller turning circle and allows for smoother lane changes on the highway.

Personalisation

A world of opportunity

There are seven standard exterior colours to choose from, as well as an extended range of optional paints. With Mulliner’s range of exterior finishes, including the striking new Topaz Blue, you have over 80 colours to choose from. The roof can be commissioned in any of seven outer fabrics, including a contemporary tweed finish. A wide range of alternative wheels are available, which can be combined with red or black brake callipers, while the optional Blackline Specification turns most of the exterior metal detailing black. Inside, options include special finishes for the console, such as Piano Black, plus packages such as the Mood Lighting Specification.
