A NEW LUXURY CONCIERGE EXPERIENCE.

Bentley on Demand is an innovative new luxury connected-mobility service designed to provide customers with a tailored luxury mobility solution. The new service will be trialled in Los Angeles, Dallas and New York throughout summer 2017.

Bentley on Demand has been created for the benefit of owners who wish to drive a Bentley while travelling, or who desire a different Bentley for special occasions. Whether it is a Bentayga for family adventures or a Mulsanne for luxurious weekends, Bentley on Demand offers the car to suit owner’s requirements, providing a bespoke, connected, door-to-door service of the highest quality.

An exclusive service for Bentley Network app members
Bentley on Demand is available to existing Bentley owners as a concierge service via the Bentley Network app. Owners can simply download the app from the App store, validate their account, and choose a suitable Bentley from the extensive luxury fleet available.

Following a confirmation, a courteous reminder of the reservation will be sent an hour before delivery, and the member will receive another message to inform them of the concierge’s arrival with the car. The service is designed to ensure seamless delivery of the car to a convenient location, and minimal disruption to the Bentley Network member.

As part of the service, upon delivery the concierge will explain and demonstrate the car’s features. When the reservation has ended, the same Bentley concierge will meet the customer at their preferred location to collect the car.

In addition to the luxury and high performance that every Bentley owners expects, Bentley on Demand offers its members a personalised, convenient and memorable experience.

Who can use Bentley on Demand?
Bentley on Demand is available only to current Bentley owners through the Bentley Network app. Click here to create your account via our iOS App.
Individuals of ages 25 and older with a valid driver's licence and insurance are eligible to participate.

What are your hours?
Bentley on Demand is currently available in Los Angeles, Dallas and New York. Please see below for specific local hours of operation:

LOS ANGELES:
Reservations: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm PST.
Concierge delivery and pick up: Seven days a week, 6:00am – 9:00pm PST.

DALLAS:
Reservations: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm CST.
Concierge delivery and pick up: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am - 7:00 pm CST.

NEW YORK:
Reservations: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm EST.
Concierge delivery and pick up: Monday – Thursday, 8:00am – 6:00pm EST.

After registering your interest in the Bentley Network App, you will receive additional program details including how to make a reservation.

Can someone else drive the vehicle?
Additional drivers must be ages 25 and older with a valid driver's license and insurance. All additional drivers must be indicated on the Vehicle Loan Agreement.

How far can I go?
You can leave the city and even leave the state, just stay within the Continental U.S.

Are there mileage limitations?
There is no mileage cap.

Can I allow my pet inside my Bentley?
Yes, you may bring your pets inside the Bentley as long as they stay inside an airline approved carrier. We also ask that you come prepared with your own backseat cover to ensure proper protection of the vehicle.

Can I smoke inside my Bentley?
No, smoking is not permitted in Bentley on Demand vehicles. It is our utmost desire to provide vehicles in the best condition possible to our customers.

What fuel is required?
Please use only Premium (91-93) gasoline to fuel your Bentley vehicle.
Note: Information provided must be used in conjunction with the information in the Bentley Vehicle Owner’s Manuals. Refer to the vehicle’s Owner’s Manual for all information and warnings.

Do I need to re-fuel before returning the vehicle?
No. We’ll deliver the Bentley vehicle with a full tank. You can return it with a full tank or we’ll fill it up for you.

What if I need a child seat, bike rack, or other equipment?
We are sorry for the inconvenience but we cannot accommodate this type of equipment at this time. During this trial period, it is helpful to understand what types of equipment you would prefer. We are looking into offering complimentary child seats, booster seats, bike racks, ski racks.

Reservation Process

Do I have to register to the Bentley Network app to reserve a vehicle with Bentley on Demand?
Yes, you must register to Bentley Network. Click here to create your account via our iOS App.

Is there a fee to become a member?
No, there are no sign-up fees or ongoing membership fees to be a Bentley on Demand customer.

How can I reserve a vehicle with Bentley on Demand as a new member?
In order to make a reservation, you must first create a Bentley Network account through our iOS app. You will then be able to log in to our app and ‘register my interest’ in Bentley on Demand. After registering your interest, you will receive additional program details including how to make a reservation.
Note: Bentley on Demand service is provided by Event Solutions Inc.

Can I make multiple reservations?
We will do our best to accommodate your request based on vehicle availability, but remind you that this is a trial service. Reservations can be made up to 4 weeks in advance.

What is the minimum reservation time?
The minimum duration for a Bentley on Demand reservation is 12 hours.

How far in advance do I need to reserve a vehicle?
Vehicles need to be reserved at least 48 hours in advance, and you can reserve a Bentley up to 4 weeks in advance.

What’s the maximum reservation period?
You can reserve a Bentley for up to 5 days.

Delivery, Retrieval & Concierge

Where can I collect my reservation from?
For now, Bentley on Demand pick-up and delivery is only available within the Los Angeles city limits, the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area and the New York metropolitan area. You can specify any delivery and pick up address of your choice within these limits and our concierge will meet you there.

What happens during collection of my reservation?
It is required to meet the concierge to verify your driver’s licence and insurance documentation. Additionally, the concierge will provide you with a brief introduction of the vehicle and hand over the keys.
Note: At the end of the reservation it is required to meet the concierge to hand over the keys. Bentley on Demand pick-up and delivery is currently not available at major airports including LAX, DFW, DAL, JFK, EWR, and LGA.

How much time should I set aside for my personal delivery from the Bentley concierge?
It varies. As a first-time customer, you can expect about 20 minutes for our Bentley concierge to give you a walk-through. This will include verifying documentation and describing a few quick basics of vehicle features, driving details and return of the vehicle.

Insurance & Accidents

How is the Bentley on Demand vehicle insured?
During the term of the loan of the Vehicle to Operator, primary automobile liability insurance coverage shall be maintained by Operator. Lender will maintain secondary automobile liability insurance for the Vehicle.

What should I do if I’m in an accident?

  1. Stop, no matter how minor the collision, in a safe, well-lit area.
  2. Call 911. Ask for an ambulance if necessary.
  3. Contact the Bentley on Demand Team
