In partnership with Hubbub, we launched the Community Nature Network, a collective of community-led green spaces bringing people together to enjoy nature, learn new skills, and care for their local environment. This new network will offer funding, guidance, templates and peer to peer support to community groups who wish to establish new or improve existing green space. As part of the project, we also funded 26 community groups up and down the country to develop new or enhanced green spaces.

In partnership with Forum for the Future, we launched the second iteration of the Business Transformation Compass. This initiative equips business leaders with practical tools to drive Just and Regenerative change. Through real-world case studies and 15 transformational shifts, BTC 2.0 helps move beyond ESG reporting toward meaningful impact.

The CLASS project pilots clean energy solutions to support communities in Banke National Park’s buffer zone. Initiatives include solar-powered water pumps, biogas plants, and wildlife conflict mitigation efforts, improving livelihoods, conservation, and safety for local Mughali and Tharu populations while fostering sustainable resource use.

In partnership with the Blue Marine Foundation, we are supporting local fishers driving the creation of Greece’s first government-backed, community-led no-take Marine Protected Areas around Amorgos. Covering 12.83 km², the initiative safeguards key biodiversity, supports sustainable fishing, and strengthens ecosystem resilience in the Cycladic islands.

In partnership with the Rivers Trust and Mersey Rivers Trust, we are regenerating the Valley Brook, a small urban river near Bentley Motors' headquarters in Crewe, which is facing water quality and flooding challenges due to agricultural and sewage pollution. There’s also significant local issues around flooding, access to green space and air quality. Through nature-based solutions, including wetland creation and habitat restoration, this project enhances blue-green spaces, strengthens biodiversity, and provides essential ecosystem services. 

In partnership with everwave, the Audi Environmental Foundation, and Ferry Porsche Foundation, this project uses AI-powered boats to collect waste from Bangkok’s Chao Phraya River. Alongside job creation and school outreach, it tackles plastic pollution at its source, protecting marine life and inspiring public action.

In partnership with the Biomimicry Institute, we helped transform the ‘Ray of Hope Prize’ into what now termed the ‘Ray of Hope Accelerator’. Each year, this program supports 10 early-stage, nature-inspired startups with funding, coaching, and training focused on sustainability, innovation, and founder wellbeing. The accelerator serves as a platform for building a global community of purpose-driven entrepreneurs driving positive environmental impact.

In partnership with The Climate Group, we helped launch Tucumán’s first hybrid air quality monitoring network. Combining a Federal Reference Laboratory with over 30 sensor modules, the system tracks pollution levels, providing critical data that guides public policies to reduce emissions and protect public health. 

In partnership with Seatrees and The Cleanwave Foundation, this project restores seagrass and algae habitats around Formentor, Mallorca. By combining citizen science, hands-on training, marine debris removal, and sustainable mooring, the initiative revives biodiversity while engaging the local community in protecting their coastal ecosystem.

As a founding partner of this new initiative, the Drawdown Capital Coalition is convening a broad community of philanthropists and investors, using science to guide capital toward the most effective climate solutions. Supported by the Bentley Environmental Foundation, this Project Drawdown initiative aligns investment with impact to help stop climate change faster.

In partnership with Seatrees and The Cleanwave Foundation, this project restores seagrass and algae habitats around Formentor, Mallorca. By combining citizen science, hands-on training, marine debris removal, and sustainable mooring, the initiative revives biodiversity while engaging the local community in protecting their coastal ecosystem.

In partnership with Seatrees and Ocean Alive, this project protects a naturally regrowing seagrass meadow in Cambalhão Bay. Led by local women known as the Keepers of the Sea, the initiative combines community education, sustainable fishing practices, and marine stewardship to safeguard ocean biodiversity and support coastal livelihoods.

In partnership with SeaTrees and local group COBEC, this project restores vital mangrove ecosystems while supporting surrounding communities with food, shelter, energy, and coastal protection. Local residents are trained and employed to replant mangroves, grow seedlings, and monitor regrowth, building both climate resilience and sustainable livelihoods.

In partnership with SeaTrees, Reef Check California, G2KR, and Sunflower Star Laboratory, we are restoring vital kelp forests in the Monterey area. Local volunteer divers remove purple urchins, kelp’s main threat, while scientists aim to reintroduce sunflower stars to help keep urchin populations in check. Together, these efforts are rebuilding underwater ecosystems, supporting marine biodiversity, and strengthening ocean resilience.

In partnership with the Blue Marine Foundation, we are supporting ongoing efforts to establish an MPA around Salina Island in the Aeolian Archipelago, focusing on biodiversity conservation, sustainable fishing, and community engagement. The project blends scientific monitoring, advocacy, and public awareness to secure legal protection for this vital ecosystem.

In partnership with the Blue Marine Foundation, we supported an expedition collecting eDNA to study the health and genetic diversity of North Atlantic humpback whales at Silver Bank, a key breeding ground. This research contributed to the area’s designation as a Marine Protected Area, advancing efforts to safeguard these majestic whales and their critical habitat for generations to come.

In partnership with the Blue Marine Foundation, we are supporting the Uruguayan government and local partners’ aim to increase protected marine areas from 1% to 10% of the Exclusive Economic Zone. This effort focuses on safeguarding vital biodiversity hotspots, including key shark breeding grounds and the Western Hemisphere’s largest sea lion colony.
