Privacy Statement

As you interact with BMI and its Digital Properties, vehicles, and other products and services, we may collect certain information from or about you or your vehicle from the following sources:

1.1 Directly from you or your vehicle. We collect the information you provide to us directly or when you interact with us, such as when you provide information through BMI Digital Properties (including social media sites and sweepstakes microsites), use a BMI vehicle, or during other interactions such as product and related events, test drives, surveys, promotion entries, and when you interact with our customer call centers.

1.2 Cookies and online technologies. When you access or use BMI Digital Properties, we may collect data through cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, server-side tools, and similar technologies (collectively, “Cookies”).

1.3 Authorized BMI Retailers. We receive information through leasing, service and other records provided to us by Authorized BMI Retailers.

1.4 BMI-authorized sellers of consumer merchandise.

1.5 Our affiliates, including Bentley Financial Services (if you finance your Bentley vehicle purchase or purchase products from BFS) and other companies within the Volkswagen Group family of companies.

1.6 Third-party service providers, Integrated Content Providers and Optional Third Parties (defined below).

1.7 Other third parties, such as companies that provide or sell lists of potential vehicle purchasers and current owners, data brokers, business partners, and social media platforms and networks.   

We may combine information that we receive from the various sources described in this Privacy Statement, including third-party sources, and use or disclose it for the purposes identified below.

As you interact with BMI or its Digital Properties, vehicles, and other products and services, we collect different types of information about you, based on the interaction, such as when you purchase a vehicle and subscribe to Connected Car Services.

The types of information that BMI collects about you include:

2.1 Identifiers, characteristics and other information you provide, including contact information (such as your name, email address, physical address, and telephone number); authentication information; and account information.

2.2 Records about you, such as your preferences; personalized settings; user-generated content and other materials that you may submit; billing information (including financial data used for payment purposes); and Connected Car Services information.

2.3 Demographic information, such as age (including date of birth).

2.4 Commercial information, including:

2.4.1 Information regarding vehicle purchase/lease/service, including vehicle purchase, lease or service information (such as VIN, make, model, year, dealer, date of purchase or lease, purchase/lease price, vehicle equipment, and service history) as well as other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies.

2.4.2 Vehicle usage information, such as vehicle data transmitted from your vehicle or collected or inferred from your use of the vehicle or services, including general status data (such as warning lights, vehicle condition data, upcoming service schedule, fuel level, battery level, and tire pressure); service history and fault or trouble codes; ambient data (such as outside temperature and brightness); vehicle performance data and other data about your vehicle including its identification, condition, equipment status, charging data (for electric vehicles), or collision information; vehicle/technology usage data (such as usage of lock/unlock and remote start technology); driver behavior data (such as vehicle speed, seat belt use, and information about braking habits); information that you provide when using Connected Car Services, including information you send and information you request; information about your use of Connected Car Services and our Digital Properties; and information about your interactions with us, our affiliates, our service providers, Integrated Content Providers, or Optional Third Parties.

2.5 Internet or other electronic network activity information, such as data gathered by technology when you visit or use our Digital Properties (such as IP address, browser information, ICCID, device type, app and OS version, etc.), including information about your use of Connected Car Services, MyBentley, Bentley Network, and other mobile applications, and the Bentley website.

2.6 Geolocation data, such as the location of your device as derived from IP address.

2.7 Audio, electronic, visual, thermal, olfactory, or similar information, such as call recording for emergency and customer service, photographs, video recordings, and voice command data.

2.8 Inferences drawn from any of the information we collect to create a profile about you reflecting your preferences and characteristics, demographics and vehicle usage patterns.

2.9 Sensitive personal information, including the following:

2.9.1 Driver’s license number

2.9.2 Account log-in information

2.9.3 Precise geolocation, including GPS location tracking, which is automatically enabled and active for select use cases before purchase or lease of BMI vehicles.

If your vehicle is equipped with an Event Data Recorder (“EDR”), battery control module(s), and/or Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (“ADAS”), crash or near-crash information about the vehicle or driver’s behavior will be recorded in the vehicle. EDR data are recorded by your vehicle only if a non-trivial crash situation occurs, not under normal driving conditions. Battery module information and ADAS data are also recorded in the vehicle, including under normal driving conditions. For information about how your vehicle’s EDR data or other crash or near-crash information, battery control module information, and ADAS data is collected and how we might receive and use it, please see your owner’s manual.

We collect and use your information for a number of purposes, such as:

3.1 To provide you with products and services, such as to operate the BMI Digital Properties and provide products and services you request; support your vehicle, products and services; diagnose, repair and track service and quality issues; communicate with you about your vehicle, products or services; install and configure changes and updates to your products and services; authenticate users of our products and services; verify your eligibility for certain programs or benefits; activate accounts and allow you to access your accounts and use the applications, services, and programs available through your accounts; perform customer services; maintain information relevant to your accounts; and to provide you with Connected Car Services.

3.2 For our own internal business purposes, such as to maintain internal records; to operate our business; for short-term transient use; for auditing; and for quality assurance.

3.3 For our internal research and product improvement purposes, such as to evaluate the usage, performance, and safety of our vehicles, Digital Properties, products, and services; improve the quality of our vehicles, Digital Properties, products, and services and design new products and services; evaluate the effectiveness of our advertising or marketing; debugging; and other internal research.

3.4 For legal, safety or security reasons, such as to comply with legal requirements; investigate and respond to claims; establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; protect the safety, property or rights of BMI and the Volkswagen Group family of companies, owners, registered users, drivers, passengers or others; and prevent and detect fraud or misuse of the vehicles, products, and services. We also may disclose information about you and your vehicle when we have reason to believe that someone is causing injury to or interference with the rights or property of BMI, other users of the Digital Properties, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities.

3.5 For marketing and targeted advertising, such as marketing our products and services and those of our affiliates, business partners, or other third parties. However, please note that precise GPS location data or your driver behavior data will not be used for BMI marketing purposes or shared with unaffiliated third parties to use for their own marketing purposes without your affirmative consent.

3.6 In a de-identified or aggregated format, we may use or share your information in a de-identified or aggregate manner for any purpose.

3.7 For services of third parties that you authorize, we may use personal information to allow third parties that we introduce or with whom you independently engage to provide their services to you.

We may use personal information to develop and improve algorithms, artificial intelligence, or machine learning tools and models in connection with all the above processing activities. I

We may disclose your information:

4.1 Within the Volkswagen Group family of companies, which includes parents, corporate affiliates, subsidiaries, business units and other companies that share common ownership, including Bentley Motors Limited, which is located outside of the United States.

4.2 With third-party service providers working on behalf of BMI, such as advertising agencies and other third parties that assist us with marketing efforts; customer support providers; third party content providers; emergency responders; IT providers; and call center service providers.

4.3 Professional consultants, such as accountants, lawyers, financial advisors, and audit firms.

4.4 With BMI Retailers for sales, leasing, marketing, and customer service purposes, such as responding to quote requests, vehicle diagnosis, maintenance and repair, scheduling service appointments, and contacting you and providing the requested services.

4.5 With others for legal, security or safety purposes, we may disclose your information with third parties, law enforcement or other government agencies to comply with law or legal requirements; to enforce or apply our Terms of Service and other agreements, or those of the Volkswagen Group family of companies; and to protect our rights and the property or safety of our users or third parties. We also may disclose information about you and your vehicle when we have reason to believe that someone is causing injury to or interference with our rights or property, other users of the Digital Properties or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities.

4.6 With other companies in connection with a BMI corporate transaction, if we or some or all of our assets are acquired by another company, including through a sale in connection with bankruptcy or other form of corporate change.

4.7 With third parties for their own marketing purposes, we may disclose your contact information and vehicle identification data with third parties for their own marketing purposes such as Sirius XM, BMI Retailers and select companies with whom we may partner to offer you products or services.

4.8  Integrated Content Providers.  The Connected Car Services include offerings from various third parties with whom we contract and to whom you directed us to disclose personal information to provide products and services through BMI vehicles (“Integrated Content Providers”) whose services are integral to the Connected Car Services. BMI does not create or control the content offered by these Integrated Content Providers, nor does BMI determine how they handle your personal information. The Integrated Content Providers are exclusively responsible for the content and the availability of the content accessible through the Connected Car Services. Integrated Content Providers may use your information for their own purposes and therefore services from Integrated Content Providers will be subject to their terms of service and privacy statement, not ours. If you have any concerns regarding the collection, use or disclosure of your personal information by Integrated Content Providers or wish to exercise any rights with Integrated Content Providers, please contact the Integrated Content Provider directly at the web address provide below. BMI collects and discloses information with these Integrated Content Providers for the purposes described above and in order for you to receive the services and/or content requested. 

At present, depending on the generation of your vehicle, the following  Integrated Content Providers offer services via Bentley Connected Car Services:

• Fuel price information: OPISNAVX c/o IHS, 18 rue du Quatre Septembre, 75002 Paris, France - www.opisnavx.com;

• Natural Voice Recognition: Nuance Inc., 1 Wayside Road, Burlington, MA 01803 – www.nuance.com;

• News: www.afp.com, www.npr.org and any other RSS feed providers that you may choose to add;

• Point-of-interest searching (POI), including voice control, navigation with Google Earth images : Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA – www.google.com;

• Predictive Route Guidance: INRIX Inc., 10210 NE Points Dr., Suite 400, Kirkland, WA 98033 – www.inrix.com;

• Traffic light information: Traffic Technology Services, Inc., 17933 NW Evergreen Pkwy #240, Beaverton, OR 97006 – www.traffictechservices.com;

• Weather: MeteoGroup Ltd., 292 Vauxhall Bridge Road, London SW1V 1AE - www.meteogroup.com;

• Yelp: Yelp Inc., 140 New Montgomery, San Francisco, CA 94105 – www.yelp.com

 4.9  Optional Third Parties. In addition to the Integrated Content Providers’ services available as part of the Connected Car Services, you can obtain or purchase additional services or offerings from other third parties that we introduce or with whom you independently engage that rely on the Connected Car Services platform (“Optional Third Parties”). These Optional Third Party services are not integral to the basic operation of Connected Car Services, but may be added by you in order to receive additional services and/or content from the Connected Car Services platform. The Optional Third Parties contract directly with you and are exclusively responsible for their services accessible through BMI’s Connected Car Services platform. BMI does not create or control the content offered by these Optional Third Parties, nor does BMI determine how they handle your personal information. Optional Third Parties may use your data for their own purposes and therefore services or offerings from such Optional Third Parties will be subject to their terms of service and privacy statement, not ours. If you have any concerns regarding the collection, use or sharing of your personal information by Optional Third Parties or wish to exercise any rights with Optional Third Parties, please contact the Optional Third Parties directly. Examples of Optional Third Parties include streaming audio content providers, remote package, fuel or other in-vehicle delivery; car sharing; tolling pricing; usage-based insurance; or other third-party services.

4.10 Third party entities that provide online advertising and analytics functionality and technologies. We may disclose your information to third parties that provide advertising and analytics services, as further described in Section 6 (Cookies) below.

 4.11 Other third parties that you direct or for which you provide consent.

To opt-out of receiving promotional email messages from us, please click on the "Unsubscribe" link contained at the bottom of each email.  Opting out of promotional email will not affect BMI’s communication with you by email about your vehicle or other transactional product or service-related matters.

To opt out of receiving promotional text messages from us, please reply “Stop” to any text received from us. Opting out of promotional text messages will not affect BMI’s communication with you by email about your vehicle or other transactional product or service-related matters.

Many BMI vehicles are equipped with technology that tracks, and discloses to BMI, information about the vehicle, including numerous data points about the vehicle’s usage, performance, safety, status, and GPS location. BMI uses and discloses this information for the purposes described above. 

Your vehicle may be equipped with a “Privacy Mode” that allows you to control whether certain information is collected from the vehicle, including the ability to enable full privacy restrictions and discontinue any sharing of identifiable vehicle data except for emergency call and stolen vehicle locator purposes. Please note that disabling the data sharing capabilities will inhibit BMI’s ability to provide you with Bentley Connected Car Services and other functionalities. Please see your Owner’s Manual for a description of how Privacy Mode will impact the availability of services.

You can discontinue certain Connected Car Services data collection described in this Privacy Statement at any time by unenrolling your vehicle from Connected Car Services. However, this will result in loss of Connected Car Services. You can unenroll from Connected Car Services by enabling Privacy Mode and deleting your Bentley ID via the MyBentley mobile application.  

Please note that the information stored in your BMI vehicle (e.g., phone contacts if you pair your smartphone, points of interest saved through navigation system) may be accessible to others who use your BMI vehicle or mobile device, and thus may be deleted, copied, altered, or transferred.

Information stored in your vehicle may also be accessible to a new owner in a sale of the vehicle. Please consult your Owner’s Manual for instructions on how to perform a factory reset to remove information stored in your vehicle.

Our Digital Properties and authorized third parties use Cookies to collect information about you, your device, and how you interact with our Digital Properties. This section contains additional information about:

·       The types of Cookies we use and the purposes for which we use them

·       The types of information we collect using these technologies

·       How we disclose or make information available to others

·       Choices you may have regarding these technologies

6.1 Types of Cookies

We and the third parties that we authorize may use:

·       Cookies, which are a type of technology that install a small amount of information on a user’s computer or other device when they visit our Digital Properties.

·       Pixels, web beacons, and tags, which are types of code or transparent graphics that contain a unique identifier. In addition to the uses described below, these technologies provide information about interactions with our Digital Properties, (including communications such as email we may send to you) and help us customize our marketing activities. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user's device hard drive, pixels, web beacons, and tags are embedded invisibly on our Digital Properties.

·       Session replay tools, which record your interactions with our Digital Properties, such as how you move throughout our Digital Properties and engage with our webforms. In addition to the uses described below, this information helps us improve our Digital Properties and identify and fix technical issues visitors may be having with our Digital Properties.

·       Embedded scripts and SDKs, which allow us to build and integrate custom experiences on our Digital Properties. Embedded scripts are temporarily downloaded onto your device from our web server, or from a third party with which we work, and are active only while you are connected to our Digital Properties and are deleted or deactivated thereafter.

Server-side technologies, which collect and process information about you and your interactions with our Digital Properties on our servers and transmit that data to third parties (such as though an API connection).

We may use both first-party Cookies, which are set by us, and third-party Cookies, which are set by other parties. Some of the Cookies we use may last solely for your browsing session and are deleted when you close your browser, while others are persistent and stored after you close your browser.

6.2 Purposes for Using Cookies

We and authorised third parties use these technologies for purposes including:

·       Strictly Necessary, such as determining when you are signed in, determining when your account has been inactive, providing you with privacy disclosures and choices, and for troubleshooting and security purposes (including preventing fraud and malicious behavior);

·       Functionality/Personalization, such as remembering language preferences and pages and products you have viewed in order to enhance and personalize your experience when you visit our Digital Properties;

·       Performance/Analytics, such as analyzing how our websites are used to understand which pages within our Digital Properties are most popular and how users move around them.  For example, we use Google Analytics to help us improve the user experience. Google Analytics may use Cookies to perform their services. To learn how Google Analytics collects and processes data, please visit https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites; and

·       Targeting/Advertising, such as conducting advertising and content personalization on our Digital Properties and those of third parties, tracking activity over time and across properties to develop a profile of your interests and advertise to you based on those interests (“interest-based advertising”), providing you with offers and online content that may be of interest to you, and measuring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and our communications with you—including identifying how and when you engage with one of our emails.

6.3 Types of Data Collected

These Cookies collect data about you and your device listed above in Section 2 (What Information Do We Collect?). Examples of common data elements include your IP address, approximate location, cookie ID, device ID, Ad ID, click ID, operating system, device type, device settings and other device information, browser used, browser history, search history, pages viewed, search queries, login information, information entered into webforms, and other information about how you interact with our Digital Properties (such as pages on our Digital Properties that you have viewed).

6.4 Disclosures of Data

We may disclose information to third parties or allow third parties to directly collect information using these Cookies on our Digital Properties, such as social media companies, advertising networks, companies that provide analytics (including providers of ad tracking and reporting services), security providers, and others that help us operate our business and Digital Properties.

6.5 Your Choices

As described in Section 14 (Supplemental State Privacy Disclosures) below, residents of certain states may be able to disable Cookies that constitute a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising,” as those terms are defined under applicable laws.

In addition, you may be able to control how we use Cookies through other mechanisms. Please be aware that if you disable the use of Cookies, the functionality of our Digital Properties may be negatively impacted, and certain areas or features may not display or work correctly.  If you change computers, devices, or browsers; use multiple computers, devices, or browsers; or delete your Cookies, you may need to repeat this process for each computer, device, or browser.

·       Interest-Based Advertising.  Some of the third parties we work with participate with the Digital Advertising Alliance (“DAA”).  The DAA provides a mechanism for you to opt out of interest-based advertising performed by participating members at https://youradchoices.com/. Opting out of interest-based advertising will not opt you out of all advertising, but rather only interest-based advertising from us or our agents or representatives. If you are using a mobile device, you can manage interest-based ads on your device by adjusting the settings provided by your device manufacturer or the operating system provider: Manage settings on iOS devices; and Manage settings on Android devices.

·       Browser Settings.  You can also refuse or delete Cookies using your browser settings. If you want to disable the use of certain specific Cookies or remove them from your device, you can disable or delete them using your browser settings. Please be aware that not all Cookies can be deleted through browser settings. Please refer to your browser’s Help instructions to learn more about how to manage Cookies.

·       Do Not Track.  Some web browsers may include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your preference to not have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected over time and across websites. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As a result, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or similar mechanisms.

In addition to the MyBentley mobile application designed to allow you to use your Connected Car Services, BMI may have mobile applications that you can download to your mobile device or vehicle (“BMI Applications”). When you download a BMI Application, there may be an opportunity for you to provide us with or for us to obtain information about you or your vehicle. If any new or different information will be disclosed or handled differently via a BMI Application, the BMI Application will display a Privacy Statement that will inform you about how that information will be handled. Otherwise, BMI Applications will process personal information as described in this Privacy Statement.

Through the Infotainment system, BMI may also offer or allow the use of applications developed by third parties (“3rd Party Application”). When you download or use a 3rd Party Application on your mobile device or vehicle, the 3rd Party Application may collect information about you or your vehicle in connection with your download or use of that application. BMI is not responsible for the collection or use of information by 3rd Party Applications. We recommend that you carefully review the privacy statement and terms of use of each 3rd Party Application prior to downloading or using them.

BMI’s Digital Properties are not directed at, marketed to, nor intended for children under 16 years of age. BMI does not knowingly collect, use, share or sell information from children under the age of 16. In the event that we learn that we have collected information from a child under age 16, we will delete that information. For questions or additional information, see Section 12 (Contact Us) below.

The BMI Digital Properties may contain links to other websites, including social networks, advertisers, BMI Retailer websites, other Volkswagen Group websites, including websites operated by Bentley Motors Limited, and websites belonging to other third parties. Some of these sites may share a similar “look and feel” to the BMI Digital Properties. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites. We encourage you to read the privacy statements provided by other websites before you provide information to them.

BMI maintains reasonable safeguards to protect your information. Some services, including Connected Car Services, may involve the transmission of voice and data from your BMI vehicle over wireless and cellular telephone networks. We cannot guarantee the privacy and security of conversations or data transmitted to and from your BMI vehicle or any other information we collect.

Your information will be retained as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we have outlined above unless we are required to do otherwise by applicable law. This includes retaining your information to provide you with the products or services you have requested and interact with you; maintain our business relationship with you; improve our business over time; ensure the ongoing legality, safety and security of our services and relationships; or otherwise in accordance with our internal retention procedures. Once you have terminated your relationship with us, we may retain your information in our systems and records in order to ensure adequate fulfillment of surviving provisions in terminated contracts, or for other legitimate business purposes, such as to demonstrate our business practices and contractual obligations or provide you with information about our products and services in case of interest.

From time to time, we may update this Privacy Statement by updating this page and by displaying the date of the last update at the top of the page. We encourage you periodically to check this site to learn about the information we collect, use, and share.

13.1 Additional Data Processing Disclosures

In addition to the details provided above about the personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, below is a list of the categories of personal information collected and for each category, the categories of third parties with whom to whom we “sold” or “shared” the personal information for targeted advertising as defined under applicable law.

We only use and disclose sensitive personal information for the following purposes: (i) performing services or providing goods reasonably expected by an average consumer; (ii) detecting security incidents; (iii) resisting malicious, deceptive, or illegal actions; (iv) ensuring the physical safety of individuals; (v) for short-term, transient use, including non-personalized advertising; (vi) performing or providing internal business services; (vii) verifying or maintaining the quality or safety of a service or device; and/or (viii) for purposes that do not infer characteristics about you.

13.2 State Privacy Rights

Depending on our relationship with you and in which state you reside (such as California, Colorado, Oregon, Delaware, or Maryland), you may have certain rights, subject to legal limitations, regarding your personal information. You can submit a Data Subject Rights Request by clicking (privacy.vwgoa.com), and following the instructions in the web form, or you can call (800) 777-6923. We will not discriminate or retaliate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

Please note that certain rights may be limited where your personal information is subject to certain state or federal laws, such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA), the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (“GLBA”), or the California Financial Information Privacy Act.

13.2.1 Right to Opt-Out of Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

You may have the right to opt out of selling, sharing, and targeted advertising (as such terms are defined under applicable laws). We do not knowingly sell information about minors under age 16. You can exercise the Right to Opt out of Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising by accessing the Preference Center (COOKIE SETTINGS in the footer at the bottom of the page) and disabling the “Sale/Sharing/Targeted Advertising” toggle or calling (800) 777-6923. However, even if you opt-out, we are allowed to continue sharing with service providers as permitted by law.

To the extent required by law, we will honor opt-out preference signals sent in a format commonly used and recognized by businesses, such as an HTTP header field or JavaScript object. We will process opt-out preference signals at the browser level.

Nevada residents:  Please contact us at privacy@Bentley-usa.com to inquire about your right to opt out of the sale of your personal information.

13.2.2 Right to Delete

You may have the right to request that we delete personal information that we have collected about you.

13.2.3 Right to Know

You may have the right to request information about the categories of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources from which we collected the personal information, the purposes for collecting, selling, or sharing the personal information, and to whom we have disclosed your personal information and why. You can also request that we provide you the specific pieces of personal information that we have about you, which for residents of certain states such as Oregon, Minnesota, and Connecticut will include a list of the third parties to whom we disclose personal information.

13.2.4 Right to Correct

You may have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you.

13.2.5 Locating and Verifying

To process rights requests, we may need to obtain information to locate you in our records or verify your identity depending on the nature of the request.

• For Requests to Opt-Out of Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising: We may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, physical address, and relationship to BMI to locate you in our records.
• For Requests to Know, Delete, and Correct: We may collect information to locate you in our records and to verify your identity, such as name, email address, phone number, physical address, date of birth, and relationship to BMI.

We may also ask you to provide a signed declaration, under penalty of perjury, that you are the person whose personal information is the subject of the request.

13.2.6 Use of Authorized Agent

Authorized agents may make exercise rights on behalf of consumers by calling (800) 777-6923.

• If you designate an authorized agent to submit a Request to Opt-Out of Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising, we may seek additional information directly from the authorized agent to confirm the agent has permission to submit the request. 

• If you designate an authorized agent to submit a Request to Know, Delete, or Correct, we may seek additional information directly from the authorized agent to confirm the agent has permission to submit the request and may reach out to you directly to verify your identity or confirm that you provided the authorized agent permission to submit the request.

13.2.8 California Shine the Light

If you are a California resident, you may opt out of sharing your personal information subject to California Civil Code §1798.83 (the “Shine the Light” law) with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes by accessing the Preference Center (COOKIE SETTINGS in the footer at the bottom of the page) and following all of the instructions for opting out of disclosures that may be a “sale” or sharing for targeted advertising.
