Upon arrival at Christchurch Airport, guests will be welcomed by the Bentley Events Team and chauffeured to the historical Otahuna Lodge that retains its grand architectural features from the nineteenth century. Once settled, you will enjoy a privately guided tour through its 115-year-old, thirty acres sanctuary. Learn about the property’s rich history and the processes involved with maintaining and supplying the gardens – you may even catch a glimpse of the chefs roaming the grounds and collecting items for tonight’s menu. As the evening settles in, join Otahuna’s executive chef for a cooking demonstration and get up close with the philosophies behind its celebrated food and wine programme.
