A Bentley Boy since 2001, Guy Smith took the chequered flag at the 2003 24 Hours of Le Mans in the Bentley Speed 8 and in so doing gave Bentley our first Le Mans win in over 70 years. Since his successes with Team Bentley, Guy has continued to have an impressive career including a return to Le Mans in 2004 with Audi which saw him take 2nd place, after finishing 3rd at the Sebring 12 Hours. In 2005, Guy joined Dyson Racing in the US, competing in the American Le Mans Series (ALMS). Guy and Dyson claimed the ALMS titles in 2011, followed by finishing a very close second in the championship in 2012. Guy Smith drove at the Abu Dhabi Gulf 12 Hours in December 2013 for Team M-Sport Bentley, where the Continental GT3 achieved an impressive 4th place. Smith shares the Continental GT3 driving with Steven Kane and Andy Meyrick for the Blancpain Endurance 2014 season.

Northern-Irishman Steven Kane is a former Porsche Carrera Cup, British Touring Car, ALMS and GRAND-AM driver. His wealth of experience across different classes and race series has shaped Steven in to a highly adaptable racer, proved with a successful season this year in the Blancpain Endurance Series. Joining Team M-Sport Bentley for the rest of 2013 and the 2014 season, Steven brings recent GT3 experience that has proved invaluable in pushing the development of the Continental GT3. Steven Kane drove at the Abu Dhabi Gulf 12 Hours in December 2013 for Team M-Sport Bentley, where the Continental GT3 achieved an impressive 4th place. Kane shares the Continental GT3 driving with Guy Smith and Andy Meyrick for the 2014 Blancpain Endurance season.

Andy Meyrick has known Bentley all his life, growing up a matter of miles from the Crewe factory. His career includes seasons in Le Mans Prototype (LMP) competition, in both LMP1 and LMP2, including racing at the Le Mans 24 Hours. In 2012 Andy competed in the Porsche Carrera Cup, finishing on the podium in his first race, and this year has split his time between racing the ground-breaking DeltaWing in ALMS and competing in the Blancpain Endurance Series. Andy Meyrick drove at the Abu Dhabi Gulf 12 Hours in December 2013 for Team M-Sport Bentley, where the Continental GT3 achieved an impressive 4th place. Meyrick continues to drive with Guy Smith and Steven Kane for the 2014 Blancpain Endurance season.

Antoine becomes the first French Bentley Boy since Jean Chassagne in the 1920s. An accomplished racing driver with a decade of GT experience, In 2008 Antoine won his first championship, after racing in Formula Renault and Force One racing, and competing in the FIA GT Spa 24 hours in 2007. In 2011 he raced in the FIA GTI world championship with Belgian Racing, and in 2012 and 13 drove the Blancpain Series including the 24 hours of Spa, earning himself a place on the podium at both Monza and the Nurburgring. In 2014, Leclerc will join M-Sport Bentley, sharing a Continental GT3 with Duncan Tappy and Jerome, D'Ambrosio.

Benefiting from an early start, racing karts from the age of 10, British driver Duncan Tappy has extensive motorsport experience, taking to the podium on numerous occasions in his driving history. Having competed in various Formula Ford championships, Tappy went on to drive in British Formula Renault Championship 2.0 in 2006-2007, the Superleague Formula in 2008 and Auto GP in 2010, culminating in winning Pro-Am Driver of the Year in 2012 driving for ART Grand Prix in the Blancpain Endurance Series, including a win at Navarra. After driving in British GT in 2013, Tappy now joins Team M-Sport Bentley for the Blancpain Endurance 2014 season, sharing the Continental GT3 with Antoine Leclerc and Jerome D'Ambrosio.

Belgian former F-1 Driver Jérôme D'Ambrosio joins M-Sport Bentley for 2014 for his debut season driving GT3. D'Ambrosio's high profile career has progressed from karting to Formula 1, moving from karting to single seaters in 2003, Formula Renault in 2004 and 2005, to the Formula Master series in 2007, winning 5 races and finishing as champion. After driving for the DAMS team in GP2 for the next three years, D'Ambrosio was announced as an Renault F1 reserve driver in 2010, and drove 16 Grand Prix races in 2011. In 2012 he was a reserve driver for Lotus, including achieving 13th place in his debut race at the Italian Grand Prix. D'Ambrosio will share the driving of the Continental GT3 with Duncan Tappy and Antoine Leclerc.
