Summer Placement Q&A

If you like my application what happens next?
Managers from the various departments will read through every application.  If you are successful at this point you will be invited in for an interview.

What qualifications do I need?
You will need to be studying ‘A’ levels with predicted grades ‘C’ or above, or, be on course for a 2:1 at degree level.

Where will I be based?
In Crewe, the home of Bentley. 

What will I be doing and will I be supported?
You will have real project work that will make a difference to the business.  You will also be gaining excellent work experience and developing skills for the future.  You will have the support of a sponsoring manager and the Personnel team.

Which departments do you offer Summer Placement vacancies in?
This can alter yearly depending on what the business needs but normally includes Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Production, Logistics, Finance, IS, Sales & Marketing and Production Planning.

What happens at the end of my placement?
We want to keep the best.  So if you are exceptional we can discuss further placements or programme opportunities.
