Our recruitment for our Apprenticeship Programme usually takes place between March and May each year, however, any additional apprentice opportunities will be advertised on the careers website through the vacancy search. Our 2014 Recruitment will begin on 17th March 2014 and end on 16th May 2014.

Junior Engineer: Our Junior Engineers are involved in the engineering and development of our cars. Junior Engineers typically work in our Engineering department where we have a number of teams including Electrical, Body & Trim, Chassis, Powertrain or Whole Vehicle Engineering. There are also opportunities for Junior Engineers to work in our Quality department ensuring we continue to produce the highest quality product for our customers.
Production: Successful candidates have lots of opportunities to learn the core skills that make our product special. Being so close to the car is dream of both our customers and many of our Apprentices. You would chose to specialise in one of our key competence areas such as body assembly, trim, woodwork, paint or engine to become a skilled specialist within your field.
Technical: Our Technical apprentices apply their learning and practical skills in a test / prototype environment such as our Engineering Workshop. This relies on developing excellent problem solving skills, creativity and a hands on approach in order to help identify better ways of working and finding innovative solutions to problems.
Technicians: This apprenticeship develops a broad base of manufacturing and engineering skills in order to carry out a role within one of our maintenance teams. Your focus will be on the deployment of preventative maintenance techniques that keep our production lines and equipment in peak condition!
Commercial: Our commercial apprenticeships prepare you for a career in an invaluable support area such as Finance, IT, Purchase or Public Relations. Typically office based, the on the job training can include a variety of commercial activities including project management, negotiation with suppliers and much more.
Business: Our business apprentices prepare for a role in areas such as Human Resources or Sales & Marketing. This programme concentrates on the development of fundamental business skills such as organisation and planning, coordination, networking and communication.
We offer a competitive salary which is reviewed on the anniversary of your start date each year during your apprenticeship.
