Not sure which apprenticeship is for you?
Junior Engineer: You will be involved in the engineering and development of our cars. You could be based in Electrical Engineering, Body & Test Development or Whole Vehicle Engineering. You will be learning key skills whilst studying for a Foundation or full degree.
Craft: Very practical based. Learn on-the-job skills such as woodworking, electrical systems or trimming parts with leather.
Technical: Practical based, but also requires elements of problem solving. You will be looking at better ways of working and finding solutions to problems.
Technicians: Combining craft and technical skills together. You could be working in maintenance where preventative work ensures the production line keeps moving.
Commercial: Interested in office based work? Do you like analysing information or solving IT problems A commercial apprenticeship in areas such as Finance or Information Systems might suit you.
Business: Helping to make sure we have the right people recruited into the business is really important. In this apprenticeship you will be working within one of our functions such as HR, Sales&Marketing, or Aftersales. You will be carrying out administrative tasks such as diary appointments, co-ordinating events and using your organisational and planning skills.
We offer a competitive salary which is reviewed on the anniversary of your start date each year during your apprenticeship. Our recruitment for our Apprenticeship Programme usually takes place between March and May each year, however, any additional apprentice opportunities will be advertised on the careers website through the vacancy search. Our 2014 Recruitment will begin on 17th March 2014 and end on 30th April 2014.
Apprentice Open Day 2014
The annual Apprentice Open Day will be held on Saturday 22nd March 2014, 10am until 2pm. The Open Day provides prospective applicants with the opportunity to meet our current apprentices, find out more about our apprenticeship programmes and how to apply. The event will take place at our main site on Pyms Lane, Crewe, CW1 3PL and visitors are kindly asked to park on the main Sunnybank Road Car Park.
Guests are welcome to arrive between the times of 10am – 11am, 11am – 12noon, 12noon – 1pm, 1pm – 2pm.
